ACC Strength Coach Adam Douglas Named by Senators as Their New Strength & Conditioning Coach

The ACC not only develops athletes who move up to the next level, we also develop great coaches! Adam Douglas CSCS who has been a coach at the ACC for the last 3.5 years was recently named the strength and conditioning coach for the Ottawa Senators. Adam takes over for long time Sens strength coach Randy Lee who is moving into player development.

Adam came to us via the Queen’s University Kinesiology program with a solid background in physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science. He quickly demonstrated his coaching ability by leading such groups as the Nepean Minor Hockey Association, Ottawa Carelton Board of Education Phys classes, and a number of Olympic Athletes, all at the ACC.

Adam will be in charge of all off ice development for the Sens including camps, program writing, and working with team athletic trainer.

We wish him the best of luck with his new career!
