Become a pupil at the ACC SPEED SCHOOL!

The Athletic Conditioning Center will be hosting our second ACC SPEED SCHOOL for all athletes 13 years of age and older. Starting April 15th at the Ben Franklin Sports Dome, the Coaches will be working with athletes to improve their running form and efficency - creating FASTER and MORE EXPLOSIVE on-field performance.

ACC Speed School Utilizing proper mechanics, as well as equipment to improve running strength and power, athletes will improve not only their straight ahead speed, but also their multi-directional speed. With this emphasis on both linear and multi-directional running - you will become an agile and stronger player.

SPEED SCHOOL 2 will run on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm at the Ben Franklin Sports Dome (located at the intersection of Greenbank and Hunt Club). SPEED SCHOOL is in session for 5 weeks (April 15th - May 15th) for a total of 10 sessions.

The cost to attend SPEED SCHOOL: $180 for ACC Members and $200 for non-members
