Resistance Skating

Getting sport specific for hockey is what the ACC resistance skating program is all about.  Utilizing our plastic ice, you will be able to work on acceleration, first step quickness, and skating technique.  Each workout is approximately 60 minutes long, combining a number of skating drills with a plyometric workout to further enhance your foot quickness and agility.  

Cost:
3 months @ 3 times/week $375 + tax or twice/week @ $275 + tax. 
Monthly $150 for 3 times/week, and $120 for twice/week.

Membership

Individual Athlete Membership

The ACC membership is designed specifically for the athlete based on a specific performance evaluation. The sport specific conditioning program is developed based on any weaknesses that are discovered in the performance evaluation. A “corrective exercise” phase will be included to improve or correct any faulty movement patters or specific muscle weakness that are detected in the evaluation.   In addition, a meal plan and nutritional guidelines are provided.

Team Training

Team Training Session

Our team training sessions includes implementation of dynamic warm up, speed and agility drills and circuit training to improve team fitness. Team sessions can also be designed specifically to the coach’s desires.

Team workout $130 per workout for up to 18 players – (add $10 per player over 18).

Purchase 5-10 workout packages – $120 per workout.

Group Rate Pricing is available for teams with more than 18 players. Contact the ACC directly for information

The Athletic Conditioning Center is opening its doors to the general fitness patrons after years of training high performance athletes. The ACC is proud to present its "GET FIT" Program for the FIFTH YEAR IN A ROW! Back by popular demand, our program will provide a well structured, supervised, consistent atmosphere for you to train in.

The Sideline Workout

Developed specifically for parents that come to the dome and wait on the sidelines during their child’s practice or game. Golf Training

This program is developed specifically to enhance Golf performance. Join this unique semi private program to help enhance your mobility, flexibility, balance and core strength.  Watch your game elevate to the next level.
Groups limited to 3 to 6 participants and takes place 2 times per weekly for 4 weeks.

Take Away Program

This option is for those athletes who do not live close enough to the ACC to benefit from our facility. First appointment includes 2 visits. The first visit consists of the performance evaluation, flexibility and manual muscle testing. During the second visit the program will be discussed including a coaching session and a meal plan will be provided.
