Group Training
This type of training will allow the athlete to receive a program tailored to their developmental needs. They will receive constant supervision from a Strength Coach as each session is maxed at 12 athletes. Sessions will consist of Dynamic Flexibility, Speed, Agility, Quickness, Strength, and Metabolic Conditioning. Prices are pro-rated based on number of weeks training.

10 Week Training – Week of April 21st to Week of June 23rd
2 sessions per week: $360+GST
3 sessions per week: $540+GST
4 sessions per week: $720+GST
5 sessions per week: $900+GST
8 Week Training – Week of July 1st to Week of August 31st (Schedule to Follow)
2 sessions per week: $300+GST
3 sessions per week: $450+GST
4 sessions per week: $600+GST
5 sessions per week: $750+GST

Individual Membership
This option will include a program that is based on our performance evaluation. It is a more specific sport conditioning program developed for the individual athlete, based on his/hers strengths and weaknesses. The first phase of this program is called "Corrective Exercise". Here we attempt to improve and correct any faulty movement patterns detected in the evaluation, as well determine and correct specific muscle weakness that may affect performance on the field. This option is generally recommended for athletes 16 years old and up.

ACC GET FIT Boot Camp
Boot Camp provides a structured 45 minute circuit training program, allowing participants to accomplish their own personal goals of weight loss and fitness. This unique program will use a variety of equipment and exercises to keep the class challenging and interesting for the participants. BOOT CAMP sessions run from September until April
