The Athletic Conditioning Center is opening its doors to the general fitness patrons after years of training high performance athletes. The ACC is proud to present its "GET FIT BOOT CAMP" for the FOURTH YEAR IN A ROW! Back by popular demand, the BOOT CAMP will provide a well structured, supervised, consistent atmosphere for you to train in.
WE WILL PAY YOU TO TRAIN!!!!
We want to be committed to improving your health, well-being, and personal improvement. The ACC BOOT CAMP INCENTIVE PROGRAM was developed for that very reason. We will pay you $40 at the end of the twelve weeks if you attend all 24 sessions of the 2 day per week program. Knowing our participants lead busy lives, we have created a 2 strike rule – therefore you will STILL RECEIVE $40 if you miss up to two classes.

Our unique circuit training format will keep you moving for the entire 60-minute session. Each session will follow a similar structure including a dynamic warm-up (10 minutes), a circuit style weight training session with stations focused on upper body, lower body, and core strength as well as conditioning stations set to challenge both your muscles and your lungs! After the circuit our coaches will use the remaining time for any "extra" work such as more core training or conditioning. The class will end with 5 to 10 minutes of stretching to improve participant's flexibility.
The program will offer a non-competitive atmosphere, allowing each participant to accomplish his or her own personal goals of weight loss and fitness, leaving everyone with a sense of accomplishment heading into the winter months.

It is no secret that our country is becoming increasingly unfit. Exercise offers a wide variety of health benefits that leads to healthy living. Such advantages of healthy living include:

What is the format of the class?
The ACC will make use of the multitude of training tools at our disposal, including our indoor turf training area, barbells, dumbbells, stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU balance trainers, Keiser Air Machines, Hammer Strength, Sorinex Landmines, and sandbags. With equipment this extensive, we will maximize your time in the gym as well as keep it interesting and challenging for you and your body.
Are the Instructor's qualified?
Each instructor brings a broad spectrum of experience to the BOOT CAMP. From our varying sports background to our work in corporate fitness, we have worked with clients with diverse goals. Whether it is performance enhancement or general fitness in mind, we strive to get the most out of those we work with. Through our vast educational and certification backgrounds, we can exceed the needs of every participant!
I am new to fitness; will the class be too advanced for me?
Regardless of your level of experience, each participant will garner the benefits from completing the BOOT CAMP. The program is designed to allow individuals to work within their own ability. From beginner to experienced, we will offer unique drills and exercises that can be added to your exercise repertoire.
What is the cost of the program?
We are offering four different time slots for our participants. The 2 day per week package costs $440 (plus GST) with early morning as well as Lunch time classes. You can pay in full on the first day of the class or pay for half on the first day and the remainder after six weeks (we ask that you leave a credit card number should you choose to pay this way).

For me, circuit training was a first; I liked the variety and the challenge of the exercises which were a little tough at times but graded to individual needs and abilities and well worth it: I lost 6lbs in the 8 week program. Our instructor was very good and really on the ball, monitoring our technique and correcting as necessary. The company was enjoyable too with everyone working hard but still finding time to crack the occasional joke. It was a great way to start the day!
