The ACC App was created to provide personal training-esque services at a fraction of the cost of personal training. Online personal training is a powerful motivational and instructional tool that will allow people stay consistent with their training and achieve a higher level of fitness than previously thought possible.

You have 2 options to receive our online programs with 2 price points. The first is to receive the program via a PDF document with linked videos and instruction, which can also be printed from your computer. The second option is to use our App for full functional use and tracking of your program workout results.

So what exactly is online training?
Have you ever thought to yourself, "if someone just told me EXACTLY what I needed to do to get fit, I would do it"? ; Well that's exactly what we are going to do for you via the net, with no gimmicks, just pure fundamental strength and conditioning progressions to get you where you want to be. Created by one of North America's leading fitness specialists Lorne Goldenberg, whose credentials and experience are second to none.

What do I need to get started?
Optimally a commercial gym membership is useful, but a good home gym with a universal cable machine, a barbell rack, some dumbbells, a multi-bench, and resistance bands will also work! But if you don't have equipment, we will create a program based on the equipment that you have. We also have bodyweight programs that will help you get the results you want with limited equipment.

An iphone, android, or tablet makes online training more portable so I recommend using this as your primary device. For pencil and paper people, you can print PDF's of your workouts and log them in later on your computer at home.

What's the cost? Are there hidden charges or sticky contracts?
Our price structure is as follows, There are no extra fees or hidden costs. HST of 13% will be added to final total.

What is the App and how do I download it?
The App is called Fitness Builder and it was created by a software company called Pumpone. We own licensing rights to the app so it is free to you and it will be branded with the Athletic Conditioning Center. From the app center or google store search for "pumpone" and the fitness builder app will come up. It was designed for mobile use but works perfectly on a tablet as well.

How do I use the app to follow your workouts?
Within 36 hours after you complete registration with us, we will confirm your registration to our service and email you setup instructions along with a client profile questionaire. You will log in by creating your own username and password using the email address that you purchased your program with through us via our MYVOLO shopping cart.

After logging in, you will find your workout program saved under the "shared workouts" tab. Within the app you can start a workout and track your workout data, record your bodyweight and body composition progress, leave notes for me to review, and rate your workouts.
