ACC Athletes Competing at the 2006 Winter Olympics
The ACC would like to wish good luck to our winter Olympic
athletes who are taking part in the 2006 games in Torino.

Patrick Biggs who has been training at the ACC
for a number of years is making his first appearance
at the Olympics. Pat started at the ACC as a member
of the NCO ski team back in 1999 and has progressed
to the National Team. We know based on his work ethic
at the ACC he will do well. Good luck Pat! |

Jeff Bean has been at the ACC for the past 2 years.
A world champion aerialist for Canada, Jeff experienced
a very serious injury almost 2 years ago. A bad crash
resulted in a broken bone in his neck. Jeff was very
lucky to have survived the crash and went through
intensive rehab to get back on the snow. He has worked
closely with Coach Goldenberg in building his core,
leg strength, and neck stability to get him back
on his game. He is favored for a medal in Torino,
we are sure his drive and determination will get
him on the podium. Good luck Jeff! |

Ryan Semple started training at the ACC last year,
utilizing his program from the National Downhill
team. Ryan was able to demonstrate excellent drive
and core strength during his workouts this past year.
We are hoping he enjoys his time in Italy. Good luck
Ryan! |
