ACC to relocate to Ben Franklin Park Superdome
After more than 5 years at our Baxter Rd location, the ACC is moving to larger, more functional location at the Ben Franklin Park Superdome (West Hunt Club & Greenbank Rd). Partnering with TMSI Sports Management, the ACC will now be able to provide a wider variety of sport conditioning programs to our already vast menu of options.
 Most notable the larger OmniGrass field will allow our coaches to focus more on speed training. The ability to combine strength and speed in the same facility will give our development programs and edge not available anywhere in Ottawa.
The ACC will shut down for a period of 7 days from May 11 and reopen on Monday May 18th to accommodate the move. Athletes with time on their programs will have this time added on to their membership.
 Another new feature of this location will be our new Resistance Skating Program. A 30 x 70 sheet of plastic ice will be utilized to work on speed, quickness, and agility on the ice. This will be an amazing opportunity for young hockey players to fine tune the most important part of their game. Stay tuned for our registration schedule...
