Steven Lacelle
BSc, CSCS
Steve joined the Athletic Conditioning Center in December 2008. While completing his degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, Steve did his internship with the ACC, and after graduating in June 2008 he started working full time. Steve is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
While attending the University of Ottawa, Steve played hockey in the Central Junior A Hockey League for the Cumberland Grads and in the Eastern Ontario Junior B Hockey League for the Ottawa West Golden Knights. While playing with the Golden Knights, Steve won back to back championships in 2005 and 2006. Steve also worked as a trainer with general fitness clients and a number of varsity athletes while at school. |
